We are going to develop relations with all international partners, but we are not going to do that at the expense of relations with another partner.

Reflecting on Armenia’s foreign policy, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Sunday stated the above-said during his talk with representatives of the Armenian community of the US, in New York.

He stressed that Armenia will endeavor to raise its relations with Russia, Eurasian Economic Union partners, Iran, Georgia, the EU, and the US to a new level.

“We [Armenia] need to be more confident in those relations, with approaches special to a sovereign state,” Pashinyan added. “And we [need to] run the [country’s] foreign policy proceeding from the necessity to serving national interests, and not maintaining power.”
